I
was at the Nashville Airport picking up a friend, standing by my vehicle with my hatch open
which is required while waiting. There
is a 10 minute limit and they track it electronically which displays above the
spot so the Security guys don’t have to guess.
I was past my allotted time as the Security guy strolled by so I thought
he would run me off. Our eyes connected
as we smiled at each other and he said to me with a depth of sincerity that
still resonates within me: May life continue to prosper you. I thanked him touching my heart as I
received the blessedness in his words spoken from his heart. I
responded: How lovely. May life continue to
prosper you this day and all of your days.
As
my friend climbed in the car, I told him about my beautiful exchange with the
Security guy; and he was moved by the generosity of the wish offered by this
nameless man who I will never see again.
But his words live within me
as he prospered me with the richness of his life, his spirit engaged in this
dance. It was a Wow! moment. The effect he
had on me undeniable grounding me in the truest power we have as human beings
to uplift, touch and connect with each other in the simplest yet most profound
ways; and reminding me of William Penn’s wisdom: I shall
walk this way but once…therefore, any kindness I can bestow, any good I can do,
let me do it now for I shall not pass this way again…
The
invitation this day is to stand in the truth of the richness that you are, that
life truly is; and from this knowing, grounding in the whole of you: mind,
body, heart and soul share your Self generously all day. Welcome the prosperity on every level and
claim the blessedness. Flowing with life
– growing, blossoming, evolving in the sheer JOY of living, we soar in the
seemingly ordinary moments that are absolutely extraordinary beyond
measure. Just say Thank you! More please! all day long. Watch the miracles come into full view seeing
the interconnectedness, the magic of this collective dance that is life. May life continue to prosper you. We are all made rich in your prospering!
