A Secret Self

Encounters

Looking into the eyes

Exchanging ENERGY

To those places we need to go

Familiar

In ways that make no sense

KNOWN

Yet

UnKNOWN

Eternal

Light within the Tunnels

Never-ending

Within Us

Within the World

SOUL SHIT!

Today is Halloween!  The rituals of this day, carving pumpkins, bobbing for apples, standing around bon fires, trick or treating, dressing up in costumes that are fun and express parts of our Self unseen in our everyday lives but very much alive within our Spirit.  Dressing up as Super Heroes, monsters, witches, historical figures, queens, kings and so on, we play roles that are familiar and fun and enlivening.  Archetypal energies that we embody get to come out and PLAY on this grand night.  Often, we are unconscious why we choose to BE what we become on Halloween but on a soul level there is much more at work.    

What a great metaphor for how we are guided every single day, going here and there, meeting those we are destined to meet whether the connection is brief or lifelong, leading us home to our truest Self, our truest life.  We speak of light at the end of the tunnel but the tunnel never ends at the level of soul even as we transition from the physical realm into the spiritual.  It is trippy stuff – unreasonable, unexplainable YET undeniable!  The magnetic PULL that is within us so mystical and profound that when we follow the call of the soul and tune in to its sweet whispers, we are forever changed.  We cannot unring the bells and their chimes are so magnificent we wouldn’t choose to go back to the disconnected life, the staleness that comes from repressing ALL that we are, ALL the secrets within waiting to be revealed.  SOUL shit!

The invitation this day and this lifetime is to swim in the well within, the soul, allowing these magical waters so vast to lead you home again and again and again.  KNOW THYSELF!  Not just intellectually but at the level of soul that morphs and grows and expands and holds within it seeds of potential bursting with JOY, PASSION, LOVE, SWEETness beyond measure, further than the mind can think.  Tune in to every encounter you have with another human being and let the richness wash over you.  Tune in to how you feel when you arrive at a place where you feel you have been before but haven’t.  Recognize that EVERYTHING, every step of your life has led you right here, right now into this moment where NEW LIFE springs eternal.  SOUL shit!  No words.  We are creatures of SOUL:  Experiencing life so profoundly that trying to explain it, trying to language it strips the bounty, the beauty, the ALIVEness. 

Oh, the SURPRISES that await!  Oh, the JOY that abounds!  This inner voyage that connects us to the outer world at a depth that showers us with a sense of abundance breath by magic breath, loving life fiercely…SOUL shit!
