It is ALL Art!
I
awakened this morning with rain hitting my windows in a sweet rhythm enriched
by the darkness that shielded any visibility.
My silent eyes allowing a new depth of sensory. The sound poetic. A communion of souls. Rain artfully dancing in the skies onto my
windows into my body, heart, mind and soul.
Smiling with all of me, I soaked up this ARTful dance of life. Ahhhhh.
Let Go! Let Go!
Let Go! whispered. The echo gentle yet deliberate ordering me
and inviting me to let life take me where it is time to go, new worlds within
me ready to sing again and again and again.
This artful dance of life ever-changing and my willingness to Let Go!
blows graces through me, valves wide open as I flow into the new,
the unknown, the miraculous, the amazing.
Grounded in certainty and trust, this is my soul’s journey ever-guided,
I am solid as a rock standing here with both feet on the earth and my heart
connected to the heavens letting the higher wisdom pour through me.
One
of my personal heroes, Grandma Moses, “Anna Mary Moses” who didn’t begin
painting until she was 77 years old and died at 101 years young was asked near
the end of her life what she would have done if she had never painted. She simply said: I would
have raised chickens…It’s all art.
The
invitation this day and all your days is to remember that you absolutely cannot
fu%& this life up! Let go of the worry. Release the doubt. Befriend the fear taking it by the hand and
JUMPing into this artful dance of life all day long. Whether you are painting landscapes that will
one day hang in museums or raising chickens, it is all art. See the beauty. LIVE the poetry. Claim the artist of life that you are! Let your joy guide you into more art,
creating a life you love fiercely recognizing that this dance is so sweet even
when it is bitter.
