The invisible BEAUTY

That showers

Every moment

Of our lives

The MAGNIFICENCE

That “is”

The Heavens

Blowing through us

Expressing as us

Accepting this

Receiving its GRACE

How can we ever

Say anything but THANK YOU!

How can we ever

NOT come ALIVE!

Excited by the life

The opportunities

Ever-knocking

Ever-present

OURS

For the taking

For the claiming

OH JOY!

Wonders

AWE-filled

Breath by breath

This privilege

To DANCE

With the Heavens

As the Heavens

In human form

Letting GO

Of smallness

Daring to stand

In BIGness

In LIMITLESSness

Grounded

Here and now

As us

More of us

Ever-surprising

Ever-revealing

Knowing our Self

Honoring our Lives

As a gift from the Heavens

To us

To all

To the world

We are alive

Here

For reasons we can explain

And

Reasons unknown

Beyond us

There is such HEAVEN in this moment

In your very breath

In your being

In your doing

In your body

In your mind

In your heart

In your soul

SIP that IN

HEAVEN

Here and now

Pure GOODNESS

EXPRESSing

Pulsing through YOU

Guiding you into NEW

Showing you MORE

Awakening you

USHERING you

Into

HEAVEN

Here on Earth

In this moment

In your bones

In YOUR LIFE

AWEsome!

As I awakened entering this day, this message gently and magically washed up on my shore:  There is such HEAVEN in this moment.  I sipped this in allowing this sacred knowing, this truth to fill me, to infuse me with the beauty bursting right here and now through my life, through your life, through all life.  Tears filled my eyes.  Awe-filled that I am privileged to live this life to express life as Kathy McHugh and the joy of this magnificent adventure that continues to expand, grow and hatch miracles every moment of every day. 

To look at the skies sprayed with pink, orange, gray, pale blue as the sun makes its glorious presence known – There is such HEAVEN in this moment.  To feel my kitties purring on my head as I lay in bed their pure love feeding me – There is such HEAVEN in this moment.  To receive a card or text from a friend for no other reason than Thinking of YOU – There is such HEAVEN in this moment.  To laugh out loud with a group of friends over good food bantering and playing and allowing the silly – There is such HEAVEN in this moment.  To breathe the crisp air into my nostrils and welcome its bite - There is such HEAVEN in this moment.  To feel the warmth of another through a hug, a smile, a kind word – There is such HEAVEN in this moment.  To smell the flowers on my counter and welcome their fragrance with all of me – There is such HEAVEN in this moment.  To hold a mug of coffee in my hand on a chilly morning drinking in the goodness – There is such HEAVEN in this moment.  To connect to my Self, knowing the gifts I have been given and using them because it feels damn good to share my happiness and connect with others reminding them to follow their HAPPY – There is such HEAVEN in this moment.

The invitation this day is to come with me, into your Self, into your Soul, into your LIFE and see all that you are!  There is such HEAVEN within YOU, within this moment spiraling and pouring through.  Yours for the claiming.  Yours for the taking.  Right here.  Right now.  See your Self through the eyes of your soul:  Infinite truth and beauty dancing as YOU.  GO into the HEAVEN in this moment!  Let the flow of life take you to new depths within you, within this world – Such HEAVEN!  Live OPEN.  FREE fall into this day, into your Self, into your Soul and see where it leads you – let it show you what’s next on this grand adventure.  LEAP!  Trust you are held in a LOVE so great that holds you every moment of every day throughout your life – There is such HEAVEN in this moment!
