This
morning, I awakened with a heightened sense of awareness that I never tire of
this AWEsome life even when I feel
tired. I delight even in my tiredness,
those days or pockets of time where I feel dazed or wiped out. Ohhhh…feeling it all is enlivening. I am
engaged in this sacred dance by being present to my tiredness, to the fatigue that
comes which is evidence that I have plugged my Self into this awesome
life. Everything
takes energy! Even the moments of
our life that energize us the most extract energy – Zapping us deliciously. Ain’t
no time for pretending. Free Your Self! This AWEsome life invites us to experience it
all as we create and spend our Self
moment by moment, day by day, living in the Truth of who we are this LOVE, wherever we are – BEAUTYfull!
We
often get caught up with labeling our Self, others and life as good or bad,
right or wrong, positive or negative instead of living in the Beauty of this
dance free, present to the direct
experiences of this awesome life. Trying to control, to resist, to push away
what comes, we tangle our precious life force into some fixed idea boxing our
Self in, stifling our vitality. Letting
go, we flow with life, living beyond the conditions that cage and limit. Living in this depth of freedom leaves us in
awe of who we are, of all life is.
The
invitation this day is to claim this AWEsome
life breath by breath, knowing YOU make this life awesome. Your choices, your beliefs and your attitudes
create your life every moment of every day.
Stuck in the circumstances and events, spinning worry, doubt and fear;
forgetting the power within, the love you are, you deny your Self the joy and
wonder of this adventure. You strip away
the awe.
Choose YOU! This AWEsome life
is yours. Claim it! Do what ya gotta do to peel back the onion,
to shed the layers that keep you from tasting the awe. Living in awe we never tire of this life as we are
engaged in the miracle we are and life is – the good only gets better and the
best is yet to be known.
