Life's SHORT even if we LIVE to be 100

Here we ARE

In this

LIFE

Drifitng

Shifting

Coming

Going

Moment

By

Moment

Fleeting

HERE we are

What ARE

 We

GONNA DO

With this

LIFE

This day

Here

And

Now

LONGING

To GO

Where we

Have never

Been

This DAY

Life is SHORT

IT IS

Even if

We live to be

100

We arrive

At the END

Wow!!!

PONDERING

REFLECTING

Aloud

To our Self

Where did time

Go

Where did LIFE

Go

OUR SEASON

Is over

It is time

To LEAVE

This Earth

To LEAVE

This Body

RETURN

To the Source

What could

WE

Have done

Differently

REGRETS?!

Of course

The living

Of this

LIFE

Brings

Moments

Of

Pause

Wondering

WHAT IF

Shoulda

Coulda

Woulda

LET GO!

Don’t spin

The crazy

Just

SHOW UP

Right here

Right now

And

DARE

To Dance

To Sing

To Play

As only

YOU

Can

GLORIOUS

This Ride

Waves

Of

AMAZING GRACE

Blowing

Through

US

Taking

US

On

A RIDE

THIS life

Is

SHORT

Even if we live to be

100

It just won’t be

ENOUGH

For

Those of

US

Who

LOVE IT

Who

LIVE IT

Who

FREE

The passion

Ever-springing

From

The depths

Of

US

Not needing

LIFE

To make Sense

To anyone

BUT

Us

Here we

ARE

Declaring

Our Wants

Our Desires

OUR SACRED

Dreams

Ready

To SING

Songs

Within

That ONLY

We CAN

Ohhh…

Heaven

Right here

On Earth

If we

COME alive

EACH DAY

Knowing

The GIFT

We ARE

Life IS

It

comes

And

Goes

Washing up

On

NEW shores

WOW!!!

AWEsome

This WONDROUS

Life

Is

Indeed

Too short

Even IF

We live to be 100

Enter this Day

KNOWING

There will NEVER

BE

Another DAY

Just like

This ONE

And

There will NEVER

BE

Another Human Being

Just like

YOU

AND

Your LOVE

For this

LIFE

Is

EVERYTHING!

A friend’s grandfather died after 92 years of living this life.  Ready to depart, he said his goodbyes and offered his gift of wisdom born of his adventure in experiencing this life filled with disappointment, heart break as well as joy and love beyond measure.  He reminded all how short his journey had been ever-fleeting and to be mindful of this every single day in order to choose with eyes what open what frees them and fills them with a sense of aliveness and what burdens, stifles and weights them down.  His regrets were that he hadn’t said:  I love you to those he shared this life with.  He had felt this love, this depth of feeling in the connection but failed to express all that lied in his heart.  But the clarity came from the transition knowing this was the end, he had a heightened sense of what matters and what doesn’t.  The final gifts bestowed:  LOVE!  Love is EVERYTHING!  Love this LIFE with all of YOU for love is all there is…

The wisdom from the death bed is profound as they dance free more in their souls than ever before showing us what is possible while we are still here, this day dancing our dance, singing our songs, living our dream awake.  The invitation from those we have loved and lost:  LOVE!  LOVE!  LOVE!  Truth echoing:  We are here to love.  And if we dare to live each day and love it all, life is miraculous as we ride this magic carpet come what may.  One day will indeed be the last.  One exhale will indeed be the last breath.  This life gone.  This life complete.  Life is too short even if we live to be 100 so create a life you love that makes your heart clap and sing all damn day for the joy in living.  Dare to Love more than you think is safe and you will live free in the beauty, soul guided, riding waves of amazing grace for as long as it lasts.
