Each of us truly as unique as the snowflakes falling from the skies is a divine expressions, a soul in this body here on this human journey to love, to free the passion in the joy of living, to experience this dream awake tasting the abundance ever-springing that is us, that is all life right here, right now.  Nourishing our Self, honoring our sacred longings, caring for our soul is essential to creating a life that leaves us saying Thank you! all day long for the privilege to be alive, to be who we are.

The simplest things like pausing to day dream or listening to music that gets speaks to us or putting our face in the sunshine or feeling the cool breeze blow through us or making a pot of your favorite soup or baking a batch of cookies and eating too many or soaking in a bath tub filled with your favorite salts can absolutely remind us of the beauty of this life.  Nourishing our Self, knowing what we need, tuning in – not overriding the longings, the desires that nudge and tug at us, we nourish all.  We are in this together!  Your happy is my happy.  My happy is your happy.  We are ever-connected hand in hand, heart to heart, soul to soul.  

Energy doesn’t lie.  When we strip our joy in living by overdoing, over-committing, over-obligating, making everyone else’s needs a priority – ignoring our Self, dismissing our Self, checking OUT completely, disconnecting, riding the crazy train day in and day out, life becomes stale, flat, dull and exhausting.  Plugged in to our Self, knowing what we need, we free the passion and this energy takes those we love, those we share this journey with along for the ride.

The invitation this day is to take your Self by the hand and promise to nourish your Self, to care for your soul by weaving life’s simple pleasures into your long to do list especially 2 days before Christmas.  We are here to experience life, to taste the sweetness of this magnificent gift and have FUN.  Anything less leaves us starved – hungry for a life that nourishes the depths of us that came here to live an adventure NOT just get shit done.  Whatever you need to do to free your love, your peace, your joy, do it!  Listen.  Pull out paper plates instead the freakin’ china and silver.  Serve everyone buffet style instead of trying to time a sit-down meal.  Buy pre-made rolls, cakes, whatever you can instead of stressing over the time to bake it all from scratch.  Make life easy on your Self.  Go ahead!  Free your Self through the choices you make moment by moment.  Give the gift of your happy Self, your light heart to those you LOVE – laughing all the way (Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!)…making spirits BRIGHT…what FUN it is to ride (this life) and sing (your truest song!)…JINGLE (your inner) BELLS! JINGLE BELLS (it feels damn good)!  JINGLE all the way (all damn day)! YEAJ!!!
