The Art of living is creating a life we love fiercely!  It is feeling in our bones that nothing and no one is ordinary – every moment and every person is extraordinary!  Our judgment, our conditions, our need for things to be a certain way or for people to be as we think they should be strips the magnificence we are and life is.  We must check our beliefs and our attitudes for they stoke our fire for life – forgetting all that we are, thinking we are small, dismissing the beauty of our individual dance and projecting bigness onto others who we view as more important.  Stop the madness!  SEE Your Self.  KNOW the Truth of you, of all life.  We come alive, igniting the passion as we show up for the moments, the days of our lives where we are privileged to splash our true colors all over this world and to touch the lives of others by being who we are.  Every moment is delicious if we dare to taste it – really taste it, fully engaged, the sweetness ever-springing even in the bitter delights and inspires us.  What is this love? Ohhh…it is life, this living art:  ME, my personal creation, my magnum opus.   For a million reasons and no reason at all – LOVE bursts in the silence and in the cheers when no one is watching and when I dance with the collective out in the world doing what I do, being who I am and discovering More!  More!  More!   

As I sit here on this frigid winter morning sipping my cup of Joe, wearing my white robe that now has a coffee stain from a spill earlier, bundled in a wooly blanket, my kitties nestled on my legs, I weep in awe of how extraordinary life is right here, right now.  No waiting on someday to claim that gift that I am and life is.  My grateful heart can only sing Yesssssssss!  as I am wide open, this art of living – me being me, having fun being who I am, enjoying the journey with all of me, knowing my love of living makes my art a brilliant masterpiece that will burst through this world long after I am gone.

The invitation this day is to claim the work of art you are and to let go of ideas or concepts that block the flow of life – the art of living – expressing all that you are, adding tinges and shades and textures to the moments, the days of your precious life.  The art of living makes us RICH.  Free the beauty you are!  Be present to your life and feel how extraordinary you are, how extraordinary everything you do actually is – the mundane made divine by your presence.  When you know the truth of you, you will know the truth of humanity, of all life.  When you see and appreciate the masterpiece you are, you will see and appreciate the masterpiece each person is.  Beyond our caged thinking based in limitations that inflate some and devalue others:  All of us divine expressions.  All of us living prayers.  All of us matter.  All of us exquisite masterpieces.
