In the most

UNEXPECTED

WAYS!

Holding the vision for our life, knowing what we want, allowing our sacred longings to awaken as we live this dream moment by moment, day by day, it is essential to expect the unexpected.  Making a plan and letting life unfold.  Trusting we don’t have to know exactly how we will get where we want to go but expecting we will be lead in the most unexpected ways.  All of us face obstacles as we make our way but each challenge bears gifts as we extract the gold from what is presented, as we pull our energy out of old beliefs and attitudes that are dense and heavy clogging our vitality that longs to spring up and out of us.  Miracles pour through us and through the moments of our lives as we dance with Infinity.  Believing good rises from all life and that the best of us is often born from the worst experiences of our lives, we ride the waves of amazing grace that take us on a magic carpet ride beyond our wildest dreams. 

Last evening, two of my soul companions, Lance and Lea (LanceandLeamusic.com), a duo had their first radio play of their song Seventeen Lives on Lightning 100 here in Nashville.   When they let me know what had happened, I jumped around my place bouncing off the walls excited will all of me for them and for all who got to experience the magic they are.  We had planned to meet up later and when we connected face to face, we just melted into each other, hugging, loving each other up, weeping tears of awe, gratitude and joy.  Wow! It was a thrill to soak in this moment with them, appreciating their journey – all of it- that had led them here.  We giggled playfully recalling the jolts, the bumps, the forks in the roads acknowledging the perfection of it all.  The amazing grace, the magnificence Lance and Lea stood in and stand in has been earned through facing the fears, letting go of what no longer served them, believing in the beauty they are, expressing the music within them for the sheer joy of it, living guided by soul. 

The night before watching the Grammy’s, I could see Lance and Lea performing and I know they could see their Self there.  I fully expect them to step onto a world stage and they absolutely hold this vision with all them – mind, body, heart and soul; but freedom comes from letting go of how not needing to control, trusting all is perfect, all is handled and making space for the miracles, for the unexpected, for that which we could never have planned.  Living is truly a dance of effort and grace.  We show up for this sacred dance and do what we gotta’ do grounded in faith believing in our Self even in the midst of worry; and live open, welcoming the surprise, letting life flow through and take us into our dreams waiting for us to arrive.  And living for the love of living this life is the passion that fuels us moment by moment, day by day come what may.

The invitation this day is to EXPECT the Unexpected!  Expect the good to come your way in the most unexpected ways.  Feel all you are feeling in the direct experiences of your life – curse that which bites and stings!  And find your way to freedom expecting the good to rise from the ashes taking you into more of your Self, revealing the beauty that is ever-present, mining for the gold and extracting the wisdom that leads you forward.  Remind your Self all day, every single day:  It is ALL Good even when it doesn’t feel so good.  Life is so GOOD!
