I ain’t gonna lie:  It’s a Wonderful Life is my absolute favorite movie (not just Christmas movie) of all time.  It was created by Frank Capra in 1946 inspiring our nation during a time of great struggle to remember the miracles we are and life is.  This Truth is in my bones and I just got chills as energy spiraled from my head throughout my body writing that sentence.  Frank Capra is definitely a kindred soul of mine dwelling in Spirit, our missions in life aligned as he made movies and I pass on hope through living, speaking and writing; reminding people what they already know – The TRUTH of who they truly are – the beauty they are so they can consciously connect to the beauty of all life even when it ain’t pretty, freeing their Self from bullshit from pretending so they can taste the sweetness of this life right here and now, helping them to see that the cage door is open if they want to fly out into the more, mirroring the joy in being alive even when life sucks handing us our asses and taking us to our knees, claiming my WONDERFUL life and loving my life fiercely not because everything has gone my way but because it is my privilege to journey this life as Kathy. 

Frank Capra, long gone, still gets flack over It’s a Wonderful Life as some believe he painted a pretty picture, romanticizing a time of darkness.  While I live open allowing each person to believe what they believe, live as they choose to live, I am beyond grateful for this movie that I have watched every Christmas of my life.  It makes me cry weeping tears of awe as I remember with all of me that no matter what, I freakin’ matter!  No matter what, you freakin’ matter!  Life is indeed WONDERFUL – if we dare to claim this Truth and let it hold us in the moments when darkness falls upon us and life doesn’t feel so wonderful; and when we identify more with an idea of who we think we should be and forget the magnificence we truly are.  But stepping into this moment and remembering:  we are MIRACLES! we are set free open to the abundance of this wonderful life.

The invitation this day is to do what ya' gotta do to CLAIM your WONDERFUL life!  Whisper all day long from the depths of your heart:  It’s a WONDERFUL LIFE! and watch how you daring to claim this Truth brings wonders beyond measure your way.  This way of being, living the miracle you are allows you to be unconditionally present, open to all that life is meeting the darkness knowing the light is ever-present within YOU, within ALL, within this wondrous journey.  WE are the light of the World and remembering this Truth life is truly wonderful come what may!
