Life is SO GREAT

YOU HAVE A GREAT LIFE!

When people say to me:  You have a great life!  I agree with all of me: mind, body, heart and soul speaking the love I live shouting out:  Yessss!  I have a great life!  I am so grateful for this great life…AND You have a great life!  We often see great lives outside of our own projecting ideas about what makes a life great and what doesn’t.  Buying into beliefs that we feed our Self, life would be great if, life will be great when, we fail to claim our great life that is right here in this moment.  Every one of us if we stop and scan our life for what makes it great has countless blessings and being grateful for everything creates a sense of greatness all day, every day.  Shitty things happen but life without fail is SO GREAT!

The invitation this day is to mentally list or write out all that you are thankful for.  This stokes your inner fire fueling you to show up for this great life not someday but this day.  You have a great life!  Let’s count the ways:  Breathe life in connecting with your breath and your sense of Self alive in this body here for the joy in living; think of those who are easy to love and feel the warmth of this connection in the depths of your heart pouring love through you and them; feel your feet on the ground as you stand, as you walk engaged with your physical body that carries you through this life; taste the food you eat and savor the flavors and welcome the nourishment; look around your home and see the beauty of the space where you live inspiring you and creating a sanctuary where you can let go and simply be; hug and kiss a loved one fully appreciating the privilege it is to dance with them this day and this lifetime – say aloud the things you appreciate about them affirming their role in your life and how they enrich your life by being who they are.  Keep counting for there are countless things that make your life great! 

Keep talking about how great life is everywhere you go and with everyone you meet.  This energy is contagious!  Acknowledge the challenges and immediately remind your Self:  I have a great life!  Life is SO GREAT! And lo and behold life just gets greater by the minute, right here and now not delaying what is.  And dare to dream of things you want to bring into your great life that will be so great.  I beg you not to rob yourself of the great life that already exists pushing away the beauty, the love, the joy, the wonders, the magnificence stuck in some idea of greatness.  Trust me:  YOU have a GREAT life.
