This ONE Love

WE ARE.

We have all experienced pain.  No one goes through life unscathed.  It is a part of this journey to taste the bitter as well as the sweet.  It is essential to grieve and feel the pain, kicking and screaming and cursing.  But if we dwell on the bitter, on the pain singing our life has done me wrong song, we create more of the same.  The pain becomes our identity robbing our precious life force and diminishing the Beauty we are and life is.  Wallowing in the crappy things, the moments that have kicked our asses, we stay stuck in the victim story that we are hardwired to navigate, born to transcend as we truly are “victors”, gods and goddesses in the flesh; we are heroes of our own lives returning home to this love we are which empowers us and makes us whole cauterizing the wounds of the past so life’s blood can flow freely and wildly.   Knowing this love we are, the essence of all of creation, we touch limitlessness embodying this Truth, fully understanding anything is possible, slaying the dragons, moving the mountains and parting the seas.  Living from the heart is fierce.  Daring to care deeply even when we have been burned, stung, bitten is an act of self-love that pours into the sacred heart of this world.  The courage to care deeply comes from the soul that knows we are one, this one love, infinity at play; and the soul free of conditions, fear, cages and judgment can hold the pain and the joy of life seeing all experiences, all moments are holy; and connected to this love we are, we can journey into our broken hearts going into the unknown where we discover this endless well of love ever-springing; holding us when we feel lost and alone, making us whole when we are shattered, fueling our hopes and dreams, enlivening us to dance blissfully to the music within us that must be expressed in celebration of this life – all of it.

The invitation this day is to dare to care deeply, living from the heart, being the warrior of love you were born to be – unstoppable! Untameable!  Whatever knocks us down and kicks our ass pales in comparison to this force that miraculously lifts us higher and higher. The human Self will always protect, guard against life defensively planning strategies and tactics many of which are unconscious as we have been living these programs for countless years and generations; but the higher Self, the soul that is wise and fearless – badass beyond measure – understands that withholding this love, containing this love we are is the greatest pain as it is denying who we truly are.  Letting go, flowing with life, caring deeply is summiting the human experience living in the Beauty of this dance free from the cages and walls that keep this adventure at bay.  Caring deeply we live the passion; we come alive creating a life we absolutely love as our outer world is a reflection of our inner world.  LOVE Big knowing you are this BIG Love!
