A friend sent a quote to me via text:  Feel the Fear and Do it anyway!  This Life requires us to do this again and again and again as we navigate the moments of our life, discovering the truth of who we are, returning home, discovering new depths of this force of Love we are.  I responded to her:  I just have to add: Hell YEAH!  Fear can’t stop us only we can stop us.  Fear is just a fu$%ing feeling; it is NOT who we are! HahaJ  Don’t identify with fear or feelings…let them wash through like waves…feel them, acknowledge them, give them a sacred place on the table of this life, use them to express and LET GO! Jump! Do YOU! Who we are is this force of Love that parts the fu$%ing seas and moves the fu#$ing mountains…we ARE Miracles and grounding in this energy we live FREE!  Ohhh…This LIFE!  It is so damn GOOD!

The invitation this day is to soak up the Beauty of This Life in the midst of fear and in the midst of love.  Dance with life and let life dance you!  Every moment is so sacred.  Each of us is a part of the whole, One Love being expressed as individuals.  This life is a trippy dippy magic carpet ride leading us over the rainbow into experiences beyond our wildest dreams.  Let go!  Let go!  Let go!  And reach for more.  There is always more Love to be discovered…say THANK YOU!
