We Do.

A friend asked me a question I had never pondered:  If you could say ONE thing, what would it be?  Immediately, I knew with all of me it would be:  You Matter!  As a speaker, a coach, a writer, a lover of life if I had to pick just one message above all else, it would be:  You Matter!  If each of us entered the day knowing with all our heart “I Matter!”  “Everyone Matters!”  “We all Matter!” it would be a game-changer, a miracle-maker, a life opener.  The energy, the power of love pouring through, as we stood in our bodies, alive in this world, engaged with a sense of our bigness trusting We Matter!  Adopting the attitude:  Of course, I matter!  We all matter! As if it would be ridiculous to believe otherwise.  Wow!  Wow! Wow!  Can you imagine a world where each person lived each day as if We Matter!?  Claiming the significance of our own life and letting go of old bullshit that makes us feel less than magnificent and beautiful, individually and collectively, we could part the seas and move the mountains living free of the cages, dancing in limitlessness.

Yes, I am an idealist living inspired communing with the whole of the cosmos alive in me, you and all of creation.  The moon greeting me this morning, bursting – radiantly full in all her splendor invited me to dance, cheer and celebrate.  Now, I am inviting you to join me!  Let’s have a moment of appreciation for our Self, all that we are not cutting out one aspect of who we are, accepting the perfection even in the flaws.  All life is so sacred.  You are so sacred.  Let your life mantra be:  I matter!  I matter!  I matter!  Chant this silently to yourself and shout it out loud when you feel moved to do so.  Knowing You Matter! You cannot not know everyone matters.  Ohhh, I dwell in the possibilities and think to myself…What a Wonderful World filled with people who know THEY MATTER!  We all MATTER!  All Life MATTERS!
