SO LOVED.

The power of love within us is the whole of the universe springing through our bodies, animating us, guiding us, leading us home to the Truth of who we are and the significance of our life.  The sun is always shining in the presence of love and love is always present every moment of every day, within us, within all of Creation – the essence of all life.  Knowing this, taking the time to pause and remember as often as you need to:  You are so loved lights the day from the inside out, makes your path straight no matter how crooked it is and turns you sunny side up even when you’re upside down soothing you, assuring you everything is really okay even when it doesn’t feel okay. 

Reminding your Self all day, every day:  I am loved waters the most withered heart, nourishing us with Truth, returning us to the well-spring of joy in being here, living this grand adventure, knowing there will never be another day just like this one and there will never be another human being like each of us.  We look to those we were privileged to journey with, those we got to dance with who are now in Spirit; remembering their greatest legacy was the love we shared and the joy experienced in the seemingly ordinary moments that are actually extraordinary beyond measure.  Hindsight is 20/20, reflecting back, we bring the wisdom gathered into this moment:  LOVE is everything!  LOVE is eternal and lives on long after we leave this Earth. 

The invitation this day is to close your eyes and take a joy ride into the center of the universe alive, pulsing through your sacred heart echoing the love you are.  Remember this day how loved you are.  Sip in this Truth all of your days, quenching your thirst to know your Self and know others, to connect with your Self and connect with all of creation.  Find your way back to love again and again and free your Self from the perfectionism, the judgment, the criticism, the self-beat that strips the joy in living.  There are many things in life that we have no control over but our attitude, adopting a way of being that fortifies us and fuels our passion is completely up to us.  It is a choice.  It is a series of choices all day.  Choose to remember:  I am loved!  And watch breath by magic breath, the miracles that hatch from within you.
