Beyond the idea of freedom, our ultimate liberation lies in showing up for this life day by day dancing with all that comes our way, claiming the beauty in it all, living for the love of it which makes everything miraculous as we hold the paradox of life present to that which we bless and that which we curse.  Living in the beauty of the dance free isn’t denying the aspects that are painful – it is understanding that pain is a part of life and welcoming the beauty experienced in the totality of the human experience.  We are guided into new life ever-evolving, ever-changing which is exciting and causes a sense of grief over what we must leave behind in order to move forward.  We can be both excited and sad.  There is power in our openness.   Allowing all that bubbles up, feeling our way through life experiences frees us in the honesty, in the truth of meeting our Self wherever we are.   Loving our Self up, showering our Self with compassion, we beautify the moments of humanness – raw, uncensored, daring to let life touch us, cut us, pierce us.  Being present to our Self, the river of life flows through us at a new depth; we are enriched, we become the beauty more alive than we knew was possible dancing free in the Truth.  This is miraculous living that brings the light of love into the darkest moments. 

Life definitely hands us all our asses and takes us to our knees as this is our shared story of humanity.  But the human spirit ever-free dances in the beauty of life come what may – unconditionally present, seeing through the eyes of the soul that beauty lies in all life experiences; and surrendering, dropping into this space within us we are set free and fortified standing in the truth of all that we are which lights the way as we walk our new path.  This is the part of us that won’t let us give up, this force within us that lifts us again and again when the wind is knocked out of our sails sending us adrift into the unknown, into stormy seas that threaten to capsize us and the familiar life we have carefully constructed.  We love, love, love the stories of triumph and hope because they mirror the courage and the beauty that lies within us all lifting us beyond the circumstances into more of us; and reminding us we are indeed miracles embodied, grace in form, love made manifest. 

The invitation this day is to acknowledge the beauty you are and the beauty in all life.  Let go of limited ideas or beliefs that cage the beauty of life with conditions and welcome a higher perspective.  Free your Self as you dance through the moments of this day and your life asking the beauty to be revealed even in the ugliness.  Claim the miracle you are – a divine expression, living art, a masterpiece that becomes rich in the living of this life that feeds us what we didn’t even know we were hungry for – that nourishes our soul with exactly what we need not always in alignment with what we want.  Be in awe of you and all that has led you to this moment.  You are no less than the Beauty alive dancing free!
