Seeing Your Self. Meeting Your Self.

Sitting at a cafe approximately a year and a half into living through my own death following the death of my husband, I pulled out my journal and wrote: "All is Stripped Away. I see My Self. Nice to Meet You." And cried in awe. Receiving my Self. The woman I was. In that Moment. And I continue to See My Self. More of me knocking. Wow! What an Amazing Ride Life Is. Let it Be. Please. Find the Beauty in All experiences as they are there to Reveal YOU. Yes!!! Authenticity is a life-long journey into Your Self. You letting go again and again. The drama and chaos is necessary. Be present to what comes your way as it is Not the Universe punishing You. It awakens you to who you truly are, to what you truly want and forces you to look at who you give authority over your life pleasing others at the expense of You. You discover the Fire inside when You can no longer betray your Self in order to Be who others need or expect you to Be. You See that Your Grit is Your Grace. Life knocking you on your ass to show You your strength, The Power that lies within You, this Force of Love springing from the depths of You. You aligned feeling your Fire parting the seas and moving the mountains. Empowered. Centered. Alive. Your Brave Heart roaring. No going back to sleep. No unringing the bell. Life is Fun. Let it Be. It is Fun to be You. Fun is always the best Idea in any given moment. What a Legacy: Living for the Fun of it! Now that's a life-changing way of being in the world. You experiencing childlike Wonder present to the moments unfolding, living Open to what Is, moving through Your Days knowing Life is Good and it is damn Good to be You right Now. The energy of Fun comes from your Light Heartedness, you loving Life, enjoying being You, surrounding yourself with people who their mere presence makes You Happy. Even in the moments of your Life that appear on the surface as ordinary are Not. Externally focused, you forget to go within and listen to your Heart, connecting to your innate wisdom that is fearless and unattached to outcomes and has no interest in keeping things the same. I pulled back my curtains and a single Star in the dark wintry Sky leapt right into my Heart. I stood there in the moment letting the awe, wonder and gratitude wash through me. An unexpected Joy! Ohhh, the gifts of this Life ever-present, ever-flowing. All we must do is Receive the Blessings. The Heart desires connection. It guides You into encounters where you touch deeper levels within your self. Feeling the warmth of Love experienced. Sweetness tasted in an ordinary moment. Sacred communion with Life, this Force of Love Alive within All of Creation. Always here. Always there. Dancing. Freeing. Growing. Stretching. Ushering You into the Richness. Amazing Grace lifting the veils for created by the mind that places conditions on Life. Slicing Life into good or bad, happy or sad, right or wrong, fair or unfair instead riding the moments wide Open to the Adventure unfolding. Let Go! And drop into your Heart that remembers: Abundance IS. It cannot Not exist. What is this Life without receiving The Abundance that Is. You. Me. All. At Play. 4 years ago today, my husband, John died suddenly. And his physical death was the Death of my Life, who I was, all that had grounded me, all that I had identified as. Grieving him. Grieving the Life we shared. I LIVED through my Own death. My soul was scheduled for this Ride. And I Use the grace of this experience all my days sharing the Wisdom only made possible from walking through this Personal Hell. I DARE to Love. And I invite You to join me as LOVE brings the Miracles, the Sweet even in the midst of the Bitter. Go ahead: Dare to LOVE! You daring to Love this Life that has broken your Heart, disappointed You, kicked your ass and taken You to your knees is Fierce Living that creates miracle after miracle all day long.
