John's death liberated me and gifted me with the knowing life is NOW and I choose my attitude and way of being. And my happy heart is not contingent upon others; it is UP to me! Life is much more FUN without a stick up my ass;))!!!! I choose to LAUGH more and LOVE Big!!! I give myself and others the human hall pass and giggle in delight over my observations and experiences. The FIERCE Heart!

The heart is FIERCE with the courage to face, be present to whatever life brings day by day, moment by moment. When we cut out the FEELing trying to suck it up, we deny our Self the opportunity to experience our truest strength; our ability to navigate life facing what comes, letting it wash through, riding the waves of emotions RECEIVING the blessings always there even in the midst of great challenges. When tears come, welcome them as you do laughter and give thanks for them, for the release, the organic letting go; FREE! open! from not controlling our emotions; the release, the honest expression of where you are in any moment is healing. We FEEL to HEAL. Often we celebrate laughter and condemn tears but both are beautiful expressions we are gifted with on this human odyssey. Both tears and laughter are necessary and to be brave enough to FEEL liberates us. As I drove down the road yesterday, tears flooded through me. There was no particular reason. I wasn't "sad". My heart's memory took me into chambers where residue of grief still exists-not conscious "reasons" created by the mind. Hot tears poured down my cheeks and I delighted in the miracle that my fierce heart ALLOWS all that comes...tears and laughter. Joy and pain. Holding the paradox of life. AWE and overwhelm! Badasssssss living:)). I felt renewed, cleansed by the release. I took my own hand and said: "Girl, we have come along way! We are strong enough to be present to our Self and live in Truth. Safe! No need to run and hide. Just BE!" Fierce living and fierce LOVING creates miracles. Invite your heart to LIGHT the way. Ain't no darkness the light of your heart cannot handle. TRUST! You are so precious! The story of YOU, the power of your presence is beyond containment. All that YOU give others and this world being YOU cannot be measured. When my late-husband, John died, I was struck by the absence of his presence, his life force, the energy he fed me and we exchanged. It was beyond missing what he DID; it was clear that the truest gift is our PRESENCE. Being who we are being in this world is Always enough and grounding in this truth and choosing to do what we love, plug our life force into things that free the JOY is everything. We LOVE our fury family! The connection with them is PURE love! They teach us how to be. Their presence gifts us. The loss of these kindred souls is huge and brings clarity around CONNECTION vs. conditional love based on what we do or don't do. No need to TRY just BE YOU! Connect to your Self and bring your presence into the moments of this day! Your presence makes ordinary moments EXTRAORDINARY! On Xmas eve 2010, one month after my husband John died, I was with friends at a Chinese restaurant. Sick with grief, I couldn't eat but was fed by the fortune cookie that delivered this message from the heavens: a lifetime of happiness lies ahead of you! I sobbed and sobbed knowing that this was true. It didn't make the pain go away and I had to let grief do what it MUST to free me; but in the midst of living through my own death of who I was, letting the sky fall, walking into a new lifetime within this lifetime, open to what's next, I experienced depths of HAPPINESS I didn't know existed. John was the happiest person I had ever known and his happy heart inspired mine creating MIRACLES! Gratitude, letting my heart SEE and FEEL what my mind couldn't, I was watered by this power of LOVE. Even in the midst of withering, we are ever-growing and blossoming. Anticipate all the GOOD that is sure to come! Let your heart show you the way to happiness bringing the LIGHT into moments when we feel lost or overwhelmed. Be HAPPY! Let your happyass show you what it truly means to be RICH. RULING Our LIFE!

Liberating our Self from Villains, extracting the gold from the worst experiences seeing the BEST of us came out to play to fight for us and the life we came to live is BIG-life changing stuff and doesn't happen all at once. Bringing our Self into Present time, pulling our energy out of the past, out of old wounds takes a fierce commitment to FOCUS on the life you want to create NOW and understanding you are the ruler of your word. Where your focus goes energy FLOWS!!! All experiences whether we call them good or bad serve us. Being led to it!
LIFE, this creative force of love within leads us to moments and events not to simply kick our ass but to show us who we are. The strength, the power that lies within. Revealing our beliefs that are often subconscious and showing us where we give our power away, allowing others authority over our life. We come to KNOW our Self in the UNKNOW when the sky falls and we don't know which way is up when the ground crumbles and we are waiting to create new foundations, when the life that was that we loved is gone and we spiral untethered free falling into what's next terrified and finding our way to TRUST that all is well even when it doesn't feel so good. LOVE is the healing balm!! LOVE is the miracle! LOVE your Self where you are:). LOVE life for a million reasons and no reason at all! LOVE is truly all you need.
